PGTI was founded in 1996 by Mose Ramieh with the goal of not only to provide complete electrical maintenance and testing services but also to provide unsurpassed quality customer care.
From emergency electrical repairs, testing and maintenance to SCADA systems design and installation, PGTI provides a full range of services by highly trained and knowledgeable personnel.

President
Mose brings more than 40 years of experience in the field of electrical equipment testing and repair to this team. Hard work, personal contact with customers and a commitment to his word is what defines him and PGTI. In 2006, Mose was elected to the InterNational Electrical Testing Association (NETA) Board of Directors.

Vice-President
Mose has ten years of experience and is certified as a Level II Thermographer, a NICET Certified Level IV Electrical Testing Technician, and a NETA Certified Level IV Technician. His expertise covers Industrial and Utility power systems and spans from 480 Volts to 161 KV and all controls associated with these systems.

Office Manager
Carol has been with PGTI for nearly 10 years as the Office Manager and is an integral part of the operation. She handles much of the day to day operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and all HR matters.

Manager of Projects, Senior Electrical Technician
George has been with PGTI for over 10 years and brings more than 30 years of experience in all facets of the electrical testing industry. George is NETA Certified Level III Technician, a NICET Certified Level III Electrical Testing Technician and is the Safety Coordinator for PGTI.

Lead Thermographer, Senior Electrical Technician
Dave is an experienced Electrical Technician and is proficient in the testing and maintenance of electrical equipment. He is also an experienced Level III Thermographer, NETA Level I Technician and has been with PGTI for 8 years.

Senior Electrical Technician
Bob has over 25 years of electrical distribution testing, commissioning, maintenance and repair. He is a NETA Level I Technician and has extensive knowledge of transformers, circuit breakers, and medium voltage cables.

Jason has over 11 years of electrical distribution testing, commissioning, maintenance and repair. He is a NETA Level II Technician and has extensive knowledge of transformers, circuit breakers, and medium voltage cables.

Senior Electrical Technician, Equipment Calibration Coordinator
Tom has more than 40 years of experience in all areas of electrical system commissioning, testing, maintenance and repair. He is NETA Certified Level III Test Technician and has extensive knowledge of transformers, circuit breakers, and troubleshooting techniques.

Technician
Scott is a Master Electrician for PGTI and also holds an Electrical Contractor License in the State of Tennessee. His specialty includes knowledge of NFPA codes, preventative maintenance procedures and installation of electrical equipment and circuitry.

Relay Technician
David brings more than 8 years of experience in protective relaying to PGTI. He has extensive knowledge of writing automated relay test plans and computer and manual testing.

Senior Technician
Larry is a degreed Electrical Engineer with extensive mechanical design experience. He is proficient in CAD systems and has extensive experience in performing field investigations and repairs of medium voltage equipment.
